• Manufacturer of intermediate products or provider of business services (business to business sales)• Participates in established product lines and markets• Revenue size of $2 million to $25 million• Key stakeholders looking to effect a change in strategy, business plans or an exit• Strong Southeast geographic preferences
Industrial Value partners will invest in the following situations:
• Leveraged and management buy-outs• Acquisition of a non-core business unit or division of a larger corporation• Recapitalizations• Acquisition of operating assets in chapter proceedings or out of court re-organization• Equity capital or mezzanine debt as part of a balance sheet restructuring
